By booking our mehandi services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
Payment Terms
•All balance payments must be settled in full before the commencement of service.
•Advance payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable under all circumstances.
•All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with advance payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
•We strive to accommodate date change requests wherever feasible and subject to artist availability.
•However, if rescheduling is not feasible due to prior commitments or unavailability, no refunds will be provided on advance payments.
•In the event of booking cancellation initiated by the client, advance payments are non-refundable.
Design Customization and Changes
•We are committed to maximizing customization and can provide limitless ideas and options to help you finalize the perfect design for your occasion.
•Minor changes to the design during application are welcomed to enhance your experience and ensure your satisfaction.
•However, once a design has been finalized and confirmed, any major design change requests will be accommodated only subject to artist availability, time constraints, and may involve additional charges.
•We reserve the right to decline significant design modifications if they impact the scheduled timeline or require substantial alterations.
Allergy Disclaimer and Client Health Responsibility
•We recommend that all clients undergo a patch test at least 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled service to check for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
•It is the client's sole responsibility to inform us of any known skin allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before the application of mehandi.
•Mehendira shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or adverse effects resulting from mehandi application.
Decoration Services
If decoration services are availed:
•The client must obtain adequate permissions and approvals from the venue/property owner prior to our arrival.
•Mehendira shall not be held responsible for any physical damage to property, walls, fixtures, or furnishings arising from decoration activities.
•Any damages or penalties imposed by the venue owner shall be the sole responsibility of the client.
•All decoration items used during the function are the property of Mehendira and must be returned to the company in good condition at the conclusion of the event.
Client Responsibilities
6.1 Punctuality and Timing
•Clients must provide accurate appointment timing at the time of booking.
•Clients are required to be present and available at the specified location at the agreed-upon time.
•A grace period of one hour will be allowed for delays. We endeavor to serve clients even beyond one hour wherever feasible and subject to artist availability.
•No refund of advance payment will be issued in case of client no-show or delays exceeding one hour from the scheduled start time.
6.2 Venue Arrangements
For home service bookings, clients must ensure:
•Adequate and comfortable seating arrangements for the artist(s)
•Sufficient lighting to enable quality work
•A clean and conducive working environment
6.3 Mehandi Care and Color Results
•The intensity, longevity, and shade of mehandi color vary based on individual skin type, body chemistry, and post-application care.
•Clients are advised to follow recommended aftercare instructions for optimal color development.
•Mehendira does not guarantee specific color outcomes or duration.
Service Cancellation by Artist
In exceptional and unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, personal emergencies, or illness, our artist reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such rare cases:
•Clients will receive a full refund of all payments made.
•We will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative artist or reschedule the appointment at the earliest convenience.
Photography and Portfolio Usage
8.1 Client Usage Rights
•Clients and their immediate family and friends may use photographs of our designs for personal purposes.
•Any other usage requires prior written permission from Mehendira.
8.2 Marketing and Promotional Use
•Mehendira reserves the right to photograph completed designs for portfolio, social media, website, and marketing materials.
•Client images may be used in promotional content; however, faces will not be displayed without explicit consent.
•Clients who wish to opt out of photography must inform us prior to service.
Liability Limitations
Mehendira expressly disclaims liability for:
•Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities (clients are advised to undergo patch tests)
•Variations in mehandi color intensity, shade, or longevity
•Color differences resulting from individual skin chemistry or inadequate aftercare
•Service delays or cancellations due to force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, illness, civil unrest, or any events beyond our reasonable control
Intellectual Property Rights
•Reproduction, duplication, or commercial use of our designs without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
•Clients may share photographs of their mehandi for personal use only.
Conduct and Professional Environment
11.1 Expected Behavior
We expect respectful and courteous behavior from all clients and their guests throughout the service duration.
11.2 Right to Refuse Service
Mehendira reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of:
•Inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior
•Unsafe or uncomfortable working conditions
•Breach of these terms and conditions
11.3 Safe Working Environment
Clients must ensure a safe, harassment-free, and professional working environment for our artists.

•These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
•Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

•Clients who refer our services to friends and family may be eligible for surprise gifts and rewards as a token of appreciation.

•Mehendira reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
